Primele mancaruri ar trebui sa fie usor de digerat si sa nu provoace reactii alergice.
PRIMELE FRUCTE: Mar, para, banana, papaya si avocado.
Banana si papaya nu mai au nevoie de gatire. Ele pot fi facute piure impreuna sau singure si eventual li se poate adauga putin lapte de san sau formula.
